Contrast LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Contrast"), with registered office at 25 Čarlija Čaplina Street, Belgrade, Company ID: 07920130, collects and processes data about registered users of the website www.planplus.rs (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") who, in accordance with the Terms of Use, consent to provide their data, such as name, surname, email address, current location, or the name and activity of the company, as well as identification data of the company, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette RS 87/18, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as the "Law").

Contrast undertakes to protect the privacy of its users, except in cases of severe violation of the Website's rules or illegal activities by the users.

STORAGE, PROCESSING, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Contrast uses the personal data provided by users through the Website's registration (name, surname, email address) solely for the purpose of personalizing the delivered content (comments) and does not disclose them to third parties.

The data collected through the Website's Contact form (name, surname, company name, or contact information) is not processed, disclosed, or shared with third parties by Contrast. It is used for internal and efficient communication with the Website's users.

When providing the "Locate Me" user service, Contrast collects users' geographical location data and uses them exclusively during the session for positioning users on the map and improving the quality of the service. Contrast does not store, process, or disclose users' location data in any permanent way.

Through the option of the "Free Business Listing" on the Website's map, Contrast collects data about legal entities, including the company name, company activity, address and contact information, working hours, registration number, and tax identification number (PIB). Contrast uses this data to improve the quality of the Website's service, without processing or sharing it with third parties.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of registering users for personalized content delivery and improving the Website's services.

CONSENT FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

User registration, either directly through the Website or via social media, represents the user's voluntary consent to the processing of their personal data as a registered user.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNICAL MEASURES

All data about registered users are stored with strict implementation of appropriate organizational and technical measures. All Contrast employees are responsible for protecting personal data in accordance with the Law.

To improve the user service, Contrast collects and processes non-personal data. In order to personalize the content more efficiently, the Website uses cookies to remember user settings, enable social media connections, and access information about the usage of the Website, ensuring maximum adaptation to users' needs.

Some cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website, while others are used to enhance functionality, performance, advertising, statistics, and traffic tracking on the site.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

A registered user can withdraw their consent for data processing at any time in written form, which results in the loss of their registered user status. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. In case of unauthorized processing of personal data, the registered user enjoys all rights in accordance with the Law.

DELETING ACCOUNTS FROM PLANPLUS

By deleting your account on PlanPlus, you agree that all your personal data, comments, and/or photos posted on the Website will be permanently removed.

If, for any reason, you wish to delete your PlanPlus profile, you can do so in the following way:

  • For profiles opened directly through the Website:

    Log in and go to the "My Profile" menu (top right corner), select the "Delete Profile" option. Then, enter the password you used to log in to the Website in the password field. By clicking "Confirm", you will permanently remove your PlanPlus profile and all traces of your activity on the Website.

  • For profiles opened via Facebook:

    Log in to Facebook. Click on "Account" -> "Settings & Privacy" -> "Settings", and then select "Apps & Websites" from the menu. Find PlanPlus among the apps and websites and click "View and Edit". At the bottom of this screen, find and copy the "User ID".

    Log in to PlanPlus and go to the "My Profile" menu (top right corner), select the "Delete Profile" option. Then, paste the previously copied "User ID" into the ID field. By clicking "Confirm", you will permanently remove your PlanPlus profile and all traces of your activity on the Website.

    Return to the Facebook page from which you copied the "User ID" and click "Remove".

  • For profiles opened via Google:

    Log in to Google. In the account settings, click on "Security". In the "Third-party apps with account access" section, select "Manage third-party access". Find PlanPlus among the apps and websites and click "Remove access". Then, contact the PlanPlus administrators at webmaster@planplus.rs to have your data physically removed from the Website. Make sure to provide your email address.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Contrast reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time and shall not be liable for any possible consequences arising from such changes. The changes take effect upon publication.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

When necessary, Contrast uses servers located outside the Republic of Serbia for storing personal data. By consenting to the processing of personal data, you simultaneously allow the transfer of your personal data outside the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with applicable regulations.
