Disappointing Experience at Medical Center MediGroup Bulevar, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 294 I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Medical Center MediGroup Bulevar, and it's safe to say it was one of the most disappointing encounters I've had with a medical facility. From start to finish, my interaction with them left much to be desired, especially in terms of their reception desk, notably Andrea Marinkovic. Firstly, the billing process was an absolute nightmare. Andrea Marinkovic, the individual handling the billing, was incredibly rude and lacked any semblance of professionalism. Her demeanor was abrasive, and she seemed wholly disinterested in addressing my concerns or queries regarding the billing statements. Instead of offering assistance or clarification, she met my inquiries with dismissiveness and impatience, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. It was evident that Andrea Marinkovic's priorities did not include customer satisfaction or providing adequate assistance. In addition to her unprofessional conduct, the frequency of billing errors during my interactions with Andrea Marinkovic was concerning. It seemed accuracy and attention to detail were foreign concepts to her. Each billing statement I received was riddled with discrepancies and inaccuracies. One egregious example was when I was billed twice for the same service. Despite bringing this error to Andrea Marinkovic's attention, I was met with indifference. She washed her hands of the issue, stating it was no longer her concern and advised me to contact the call center for a refund. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction further underscored the incompetence of both Andrea Marinkovic and the billing department as a whole. Overall, my experience with Medical Center MediGroup Bulevar, specifically with Andrea Marinkovic at the front desk, was highly unsatisfactory. I would caution against engaging with this establishment due to the poor quality of service and professionalism demonstrated.

Užasno neljubazna pedijatrica Dr Miroslava Šarac i sestra kojoj nisam zapamtila ime, kao da imaju posla sa robotima, a ne detetom od godinu dana i njenim roditeljima. Šturo, bez osnovnog saslušanja, jako neljubazno uz objašnjenje da svako dete plače, i naše će plakati, nema potrebe da je umirujemo, dajte da što pre završimo pregled. Sestra ne može da izvadi krv jer mi ne držimo detetu ruku kako treba. Nećemo se više vraćati.
