Pionir Park Garage, a new shine after reconstruction!

After a one-month break due to renovation, drivers can once again park their vehicles in the Belgrade's Pionir Park Garage starting from yesterday.

During the complete reconstruction that lasted just over a month, the garage has been modernized according to the latest global standards and now offers a total of 461 parking spaces, including 21 reserved for people with disabilities and 2 for electric vehicles, equipped with proper EV chargers.

In addition to the increased number of parking spaces, the garage has also been equipped with a lift, making it the fourth public garage accessible to people with special needs, along with the garages in Masarikova, Obilićev Venac, and Zeleni Venac. Furthermore, the garage now features an adapted toilet for people with disabilities for the first time, and the existing toilets have been renovated.

Moreover, the ventilation system has been completely reconstructed, the lighting has been enhanced, and an improved video surveillance system has been implemented to ensure greater security for parked vehicles.

For the first time since the construction of the garage 14 years ago, a complete reconstruction of the sewage and water supply network has been carried out. The floors have been repaired and covered with anti-slip materials, along with proper horizontal and vertical signage.

According to the authorities, the Pionir Park Garage now represents a modern and contemporary facility, setting the standard for the reconstruction of other Belgrade garages in the future.

It is worth mentioning that the working hours of the Pionir Park Garage are 24 hours a day, throughout the year. The parking fee is £100 per hour started, but it also offers the option of a one-time daily parking at a price of £1500, or a monthly rate of £16000. Like all parking lots and garages managed by the Public Utility Company "Parking Servis," Pionir Park supports the Parking Pass payment system.
