Došlo je do greške u merenju jednog prozora, ali me je menadžer Mladen odmah pozvao kako bi se problem rešio, i bio je veoma efikasan. Već za dva dana su došli i ugradili komarnik koji je bio skuplji, a meni nisu dodatno naplatili. Takođe, nešto što mi nije u potpunosti odgovaralo su brzo ispravili. Svaka čast na sjajnom customer service-u! Cene su pristupačne, i definitivno preporučujem ovu firmu svima koji traže kvalitet i pouzdanost. I am extremely satisfied with the service from this company. The team is very professional and friendly, always willing to accommodate any request. There was a mistake in measuring one of the windows, but the manager Mladen immediately called me to resolve the issue and was very efficient. Within two days, they came back and installed a more expensive insect screen without any additional charge. They also quickly fixed something I was not entirely happy with.
