The store does not have a wide range of samples. They show you the books to choose your tiles just by watching them. Also, they dont have regular deliveries. They only deliver once in a while when they have enough orders to fill a container. Their staff has very poor customer service skills, rude, abrupt, unprofessional communicatikn style. The two ladies that work there have no knowledge of tiles and will often give you misleading info. Once you place the order they dont provide ANY updates about the delivery. I ordered 3 months ago and am still waiting because they dont have enough orders to fill the container. I don't recommend this company.
